Over the past few season our Strength & Conditioning program has evolved dramatically.
In the winter of 2016 we ran our first S & C program and from there it has grown ever since. In the winter of 2018 we welcomed Joseph Swan to our coaching group. Joseph has an extensive knowledge of Strength & Conditioning practices through his work as a qualified coach. We have also worked with the Academy of Sport Speed Australia to develop a better understanding of how athletes run and improve the running techniques of our cricketers.
Over the winter we run our Strength & Conditioning program through Terms 2 and 3.
For the winter of 2019 we are excited to run a new Strength & Conditioning program, combining a 10 week strength program with a 10 week sprint training program. Players will never have access to as much information and coaching to help make them better cricketers and athletes.
The Strength & Conditioning program is included in our Off Season Academy, however players not involved in the Academy or that play other sports are able to enroll.
